Learn how to make one of these amazing (and healthy) chocolate banana smoothies!
1 peeled, frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk (or, use any kind of dairy or non-dairy ‘creamy’ beverage i.e. soy milk, rice milk or coconut milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
and I added in (for good health)
1 tablespoon ground flax
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 vitamin D Drops
You can add some ice cubes if you want it thicker and frothier, or use a little less than a cup of milk for a thicker drink, your call.
Blend for a minute or two, and enjoy! It reminds me a little of a Wendy’s Frosty or a Starbucks Frappucino. Either way, it’s amazing and I think you are going to love it!
