Healthy “Chocolate Milkshake” Gluten-Free


This is a quick video demonstrating how I make a mock chocolate milkshake without ice cream that is great for satisfying a sweet/chocolate craving, but the best part is it has no added sugar. It is very easy to make and makes a great healthy treat.
All you need is a frozen banana, cacao/coco powder, milk, and a blender 🙂
It can easily be made vegan, just use almond, soy, or some other milk you prefer. It is gluten-free.
